The sketchbook and recent work in it..

It was very fun making this book and one day I will “have many leather-bound books”… with sketches from cover to cover. Will my studio smell of rich mahogany? – I’m not sure…

Here is the end product of lots and lots of hours cutting, sewing and glueing and pressing.

Starting with the head and working my way down to the feet I am doing a self directed study of anatomy… I plan on doing some sculpture as well… starting with an ecorche statue and doing some figurative studies that I can make some castings of perhaps.
