Back to the drawing board...

Its been a while since I’ve done anything significant as far as drawing or painting is concerned… It’s been hard to sit still and do much with my back injury and whiplash. I am excited to resume my studying and carry on with my anatomy lesson soon. I received an amazing human anatomy book for Christmas… It’s actually a set of two books – Atlas of Human Anatomy and Surgery by J.M. Bourgery and N.H. Jacob.

The renderings in this book are outstanding… and I recommend it for anyone wanting to learn more about the body and whats inside it. The first book is all about human anatomy and bones, ligaments, muscles and organs but the second one gets into surgical procedures and stuff that may be borderline disturbing to some. What a great book though… I’m quite fired up about it!
